James O'Connor serves as our president. Mr. O'Connor is a
25-year veteran of the real estate industry, a member of the Real Estate Board
of New York and a trustee of the Realty Advisory Board. Mr. O'Connor has the
responsibility for the day-to-day operations of more than 240 cooperative,
condominium and rental properties throughout the New York Metropolitan area and
oversees a staff of 240 professionals and over 4000 building services
employees.
