As Senior Vice President, Larry directs the operation of more than 75 properties throughout the New York metropolitan area. Larry has been a vital part of Douglas Elliman Property Management for over twenty years, and has experience in all aspects of management. A seasoned professional with leadership qualities, he has successfully developed and implemented long term strategic management plans for a wide variety of buildings. Larry also directs Douglas Elliman's Affordable Housing Division as well as its portfolio of over 8,000 rental units. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the New York chapter of RAM, the training arm of the National Association of Home Builders. He is a graduate of NYU with a degree in Economics.
