  • The Transition Audit -- We assemble a transition team to thoroughly review a building's books and records while implementing a seamless changeover in management.

  • Centralized Purchasing -- We purchase supplies individually for each building, but use our buying power to obtain the best price. The savings are then passed on to you (typically 15 to 30 percent less than what other buildings pay).

  • Staff Training -- We know that delivery of service to residents is what makes or breaks a building's reputation. Therefore, we offer ongoing training and educational seminars for the entire building staff from doormen and concierges to superintendents and building maintenance staff.

  • Regulatory compliance -- Our Compliance department monitors ever-changing governmental regulations to ensure that your property meets all code requirements. We proactively anticipate the regulatory environment and make changes and recommendations necessary to protect our clients.

  • Transfers -- Our professional closing department understands the specific criteria each co-op and condominium requires. Our experience in working with buildings of all types and sizes allows us to administer closings in a quick and efficient manner.
